Available in both standard and high-capacity models, Crispin offers sewage valves in Air & Vacuum, Pressure Air Release and Combination configurations that meet or exceed ANSI/AWWA C512 Standards.
Mounted vertically or horizontally, these valves are designed to close before the pump stops, preventing flow reversal and eliminating water hammer and system surges. ANSI Class 150 & Class 300.
A versatile and cost-effective solution, Crispin’s Rubber Flapper Check Valve provides a smaller stroke then conventional swing check valves, reducing slamming while offering a strong and quick seal.
The SWL provides an AWWA C-508-1 solution for check valve applications, including sewage and slurry, and is available in Lever/Wt, Lever/Spring, and Oil & Air Cushion configurations.
The TD Series achieves full flow opening as the disc “tilts” in the flow of the media for an incredibly low opening stroke range, thus reducing water hammer, and opening and closing times critical to controlling flow reversal. Available in both top and bottom mount configurations.
Wafer Check Valves are designed to close before the pump stops completely. This prevents flow reversal, which eliminates water hammer and the surges associated with check valve closure. Fully automatic, spring-loaded and double-guided, and all internals are field replaceable.
The K-Flo 47 Series butterfly valve is a large diameter valve line designed for a variety of liquid and gaseous applications. Available in flanged connections thru 168”, and MJ connections thru 48”.
The K-Flo 500 series is a heavy-duty, resilient seated butterfly valve line for use in municipal, power and industrial applications. Tested for performance as well as seat and body leakage, all of the valves meet or exceed the latest AWWA C504 standards and requirements. Flanged ends are available on sizes 3” through 20”, while mechanical joints are available on sizes 6” thru 20”. Flanged x mechanical joint is currently available in 6", 8", 12" and 16" sizes.
The ES Series has an epoxy-retained seat configuration for KFlo large diameter butterfly valves. The seat provides full port flow equal to or greater than all major leading valve designs.
Our smaller sized Double Disc Gate Valve configuration, the 3″–12″ Series offers the same rugged reliability as our larger models at a competitive price, and in a compact package for small pipeline applications. Double Disc gate valves continue to be the most commonly used mechanisms for on/off service.
The C515 Series incorporates a fully rubber-sealed wedge to prevent the embedding and buildup of sand and sediment, while the wedge’s ductile iron core easily handles changes in pressure and surges. The worry-free design allows for a drip-tight seal.
The K-Flo 700 series is a rectangular-ported Plug Valve with 100% Full Port in full compliance with AWWA C517 for use in municipal, power and industrial applications. Top and bottom grit seals, adjustable packing, and stainless steel fasteners are all standard. The 700 Series is also available in both flanged and mechanical joint end versions, and is fully piggable.
The K-Flo 800 series is a round-ported Plug Valve line in full compliance with AWWA C517 for use in municipal, power and industrial applications.
The K-Flo 900 series is a rectangular-reduced ported Plug Valve line in full compliance with AWWA C517 for use in municipal, power and industrial applications.
